Estacio Uno Hotel Balabag , Balabag (Boracay)

The hotel has a fantastic location by the beach, which we loved, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. While the staff was eager to help, they seemed a bit inexperienced at times. Unfortunately, the breakfast options got repetitive after a while, and we struggled with mosquitoes in the room every night. Overall, there were some enjoyable aspects, but some improvements are definitely needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its amazing location on the beach and the breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. However, the rooms did fall short as they felt a bit worn down and were noisier than expected, especially during the day. Overall, I would recommend it for the ambiance and service, but the room conditions could use some improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel celebrating my mom's 70th birthday. The setup on the balcony overlooking the beach was absolutely beautiful, and we received exceptional service throughout our stay. However, some facilities could use improvement, and a friend of mine had a completely different experience with their booking process that was frustrating and unprofessional.
